Submitting the form creates a request. A journey is confirmed when ZAVYGO or the driver explicitly confirms availability, the fare and pickup arrangements.

Terms for ZAVYGO requests, confirmations, changes and cancellations.

The fare is communicated before pickup. Significant changes to addresses, times, stops, waiting time, passengers or luggage may require an adjustment, communicated before service whenever possible.
Delays and pickup
The customer provides accurate information and remains reachable. Supplying a flight number is recommended for airport journeys. The meeting point and waiting arrangements are confirmed with the driver.
Changes or cancellation
Notify any change or cancellation as soon as possible by phone, email or WhatsApp. Any applicable fee is communicated with the journey confirmation or before a special service is accepted.
