How ZAVYGO uses and protects the information submitted with your request.
Last updated · 7 September 2026When you use the form, ZAVYGO receives the information you provide, including your name, phone number, email, addresses, date, time, passengers, luggage and any notes. If you arrive through an advertising campaign, the request may also include campaign parameters and the click identifier contained in the page address.
This information is used to prepare the journey, answer a quote request, confirm a booking, communicate with the customer and follow up the file. Advertising parameters are used to attribute a request or confirmed booking to the relevant campaign and measure its effectiveness. It is not sold.
Processing is necessary to answer your request and prepare or perform the requested service. Information is kept for as long as needed for the journey and applicable administrative, accounting or legal obligations.
Information is accessible to ZAVYGO, the relevant driver when necessary and technical providers required for transmission or hosting. Reasonable measures are used to limit unauthorised access.
You may request access, correction and, where legally available, deletion or restriction by emailing info@zavygo.be. Include your ZAVYGO reference where possible.
